Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Risk & Fraud Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving potential risks and fraud-related activities within the platform. You will conduct thorough research, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with platform policies and mitigate fraud risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively to enhance the platform’s integrity. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the security and trustworthiness of the platform while driving continuous process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research of client activities on a recurring basis to identify anomalies, verify the authenticity of clients, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Operate verification procedures to confirm the legitimacy of new and existing client accounts, including reviewing identity verification documents.
- Research evidence and documents to understand the details of client claims, and provide resolutions or explanations based on analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to address and resolve client-related issues effectively.
- Analyze and interpret business data and metrics regularly to identify potential outcomes, test hypotheses, and uncover patterns to support business decisions.
- Generate innovative and creative ideas by thinking outside the box to continuously enhance the platform's integrity.
- Ensure utmost efficiency in workflow management by taking a dedicated approach to identify opportunities for improving processes, workflows, and technologies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

- Excellent Communication Skill: Ability to communicate inside and outside of the team and company professionally.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze, interpret data critically. Identify possible outcomes, hypotheses or patterns.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Airtable to analyze and interpret data, generate insights, and provide solutions. Alongside these, minimal experience of using Canva, clickup, notion and AI tools will be appreciated.
- Creative thinking - Possessing the ability to find innovative solutions even when faced with seemingly overwhelming challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree from any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI/Metabase; knowledge of SQL and Python will work as an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
- Creative & possess problem-solving skills to propose innovative solutions.
- Good expertise with AI tools and technical automation, focusing on optimizing workflows and processes.
